1963 — 1st August | (b) when proceedings on such business have been postponed under the provisions of Standing Order No. 9 (Adjournment on definite matter of urgent public importance), there shall be added to any specified period of time during which such business may be proceeded with after ten of the clock, a further period of time equal to the duration of the proceedings upon the motion under the said Standing Order No. 9. |
