1946 — 6th November

On the day to which Parliament shall stand prorogued this House will meet at Eleven of the clock in St. Stephen's Hall; and that, after this House shall have returned from hearing His Majesty's Gracious Speech, Mr. Speaker shall resume the chair at Four of the clock and forthwith adjourn the House without Question put to the Chamber at present appointed for the use of this House.

1947 — 5th March

On the day to which parliament stands prorogued this House shall meet at eleven of the clock in St. Stephen's Hall; and after this House has returned from attending His Majesty or His Majesty's Commissioners in the House of Peers, Mr. Speaker shall resume the chair at four of the clock and forthwith adjourn the House, without putting any question, to the chamber at present appointed for the use of this House.
