The proceedings on a bill originating in committee of ways and means, proceedings made in pursuance of any act of parliament (including proceedings on the Army and Air Force (Annual) Bill), or proceedings in pursuance of any standing order, the proceedings on the reports of the committee of ways and means and of committees authorising the expenditure of public money, except the committee of supply, may be entered upon after eleven of the clock though opposed, shall not be interrupted under the provisions of this standing order, and if under discussion when the business is postponed under the provisions of any standing order may be resumed and proceeded with, though opposed, after the interruption of business.
