Subject to paragraph (8), a Consent Motion shall be in the form either "That the Committee consents to the XXX Bill" or "That the Committee consents to [the following certified clauses [and schedules] of the XXX Bill] [and certified amendments made by the House to the XXX Bill]..."; and in the latter case the motion shall identify the clauses or schedules or amendments in question.
