1965 — 27th October A resolution authorising the issue of money out of the Consolidated Fund reported from the Committee of Ways and Means may be considered forthwith by the House, and the consideration on report and third reading of a bill ordered to be brought in upon such a resolution or resolutions may be taken forthwith as soon as the bill has been reported from committee of the whole House.

  • On a Motion being made in respect of any Consolidated Fund or Appropriation Bill, that the bill be no read the third time, the question shall be put forthwith and decided without amendment or debate; and when such a bill has been reported with Amendments from a Committee of the whole House the question on any motion that the bill, as amended, be now taken into consideration shall be put forthwith and decided without amendment or debate.
