2022 — 30th November On and after the eighth Friday on which private Members' bills have precedence, such bills shall be arranged on the order paper in the following order- consideration of Lords amendments, third readings, consideration of reports not already entered upon, adjourned proceedings on consideration, bills in progress in committee, bills appointed for committee, and second readings.

First appearance

1888 — 7th March That after Whitsuntide, Public Bills, other than Government Bills, be arranged on the Order Book so as to give priority to the Bills most advanced, and that Lords' Amendments to Public Bills appointed to be considered, be placed first, to be followed by Third Readings, Considerations of Report, Bills in Progress in Committee, Bills appointed for Committee, and Second Readings.
