	answer text	<p>Sport England is investing £20 million to support grassroots rugby through the Rugby Football Union. The RFU expects the 2015 World Cup to inspire more people to take up rugby. It estimates that by 2017, 215,000 people will be playing rugby at least once a week. That will be almost 50,000 more than in April 2013.</p>
