<p>To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, with reference to Public Health England's research and analysis paper entitled Evidence review of e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products 2018, published in March 2018, what recent assessment her Department has made of the relevance of that paper's finding that compared with cigarette smoke, heated tobacco products are likely to expose users and bystanders to lower levels of particulate matter and harmful and potentially harmful compounds.</p>
