<p>[holding answer 24 October 2013]: The year 2010-11 was a reporting only year. There were 2,109 active participants in that scheme year.</p><p>For the scheme year 2011-12, based on allowances ordered and paid for by participants and allocated by the Environment Agency, £673.7 million of revenue was received. There were 2,097 active participants in that year.</p><p>For the scheme year 2012-13, by 20 September 2013, £653.8 million of revenue was received. For this scheme year there were 2,107 active participants in the scheme.</p> |
