	answer text	I have regular meetings with Paul Silk, chair of the Commission on Devolution in Wales, to discuss the Commission's work programme. Following a request from the Commission, I have agreed to extend its finish date. The Commission is currently planned to report on Part 2 of its remit by spring 2014, rather than during 2013. The extension of time will enable the Commission to give more thorough consideration to the Welsh devolution settlement.
