	answer text	Individual funding decisions are made by Arts Council England (ACE) at arm's length from Government.We are however pleased to note that ACE are currently running the Creative People and Places fund, which will focus on parts of the country where people's involvement in the arts is significantly below the national average. The programme will make £37 million available to establish around 15 creative people and places projects between autumn 2012 and autumn 2015.
