The Continuous Insurance Enforcement scheme, that will mean that the registered keeper of a motor vehicle must keep it insured at all times unless they have made a Statutory Off Road Notification (SORN), is planned to start in late spring.This will follow a full publicity campaign to raise awareness of the scheme with motorists.
