	answer text	<p>The School Teachers’ Review Body (STRB) makes recommendations on the pay of teachers in England and reports to my right hon. Friend, the Secretary of State for Education, and my right hon. Friend, the Prime Minister.</p><p>As part of the normal process, the STRB has now submitted its recommendations to the government on teacher pay for 2024/25. The government will publish its response in due course.</p><p> </p>
