	answer text	<p>The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) published a consultation on the introduction of more stringent supply chain plan requirements, including a consequence for the non-delivery of Supply Chain Plan commitments, on 24 November. This consultation will close on 18 January 2021.</p><p> </p><p>BEIS intend to consult separately on the proposed Supply Chain Plan Questionnaire in early 2021.</p>
