	answer text	<p>Work is progressing well to develop a model to test whether providing additional support for employers who are willing to offer more than standard Access to Work programmes can open up additional job opportunities for disabled people. DWP officials are continuing to work with stakeholders, employers and disabled people to develop the funding model. To enable us to gain early feedback and learning to inform any future development of this work we will be adopting a test and learn approach starting this year.</p>
