	answer text	<p>There is no intention to change the PIP assessment to allocate specific weighting for monitoring a person with mental health problems at night.</p><p>Although PIP activities are not subdivided into daytime and night-time periods, relevant activities already contain descriptors relating to supervision and claimants with mental health conditions who might otherwise require night-time supervision would be considered in the relevant activity areas.</p>
