<p>The Government is leading a wide-ranging centenary commemoration programme with opportunities for all. Commemorative paving stones to mark Victoria Cross recipients in their home towns are being made available to local authorities, including Montague Moore, Cecil Noble and Frederick Riggs from Bournemouth.</p><p><?notus-xml column=563?></p><p>Local authorities can apply for Heritage Lottery Fund grants for community projects and become members of the Imperial War Museum's Centenary Partnership. Several from Bournemouth have done so.</p>
