	answer text	<p>Two Data Steering Groups took place during the period specified by this question, in May 2016 and September 2016. Our policy is to publish the minutes of the Data Steering Group quarterly, after they have been agreed at the following meeting. The minutes of the May meeting were delayed due to internal staff changes. However the September minutes were published on time, and in line with the policy.</p>
