	answer text	<p>There is no model to assess the effectiveness specifically of the Public Health Grant for 2020/21. However, the Public Health Outcomes Framework comprises a range of indicators that can be used to assess progress on public health outcomes, including on issues which are specifically impacted by the work of local authorities and funded through the Public Health Grant. A summary assessment of overall performance against the Public Health Outcomes Framework was included in the Department Annual Report and Accounts for 2020/21, published 31 January 2022.</p>
