This guidance makes</p><p><?notus-xml column=565?></p><p>clear that in cases where communications constitute credible threats of violence or specifically target an individual or individuals should be robustly prosecuted.</p><p>Social media platforms also have a role to play in ensuring that their acceptable use policies and the processes for enforcing them, including reporting processes, the removal of content and the suspension or termination of accounts as appropriate, are robust.</p>
