	answer text	<p>Ofgem, as the independent regulator, has led the work stream on retail market reform. Since Ofgem launched this work with the Energy Supply Probe in 2008, 20 officials have worked on these issues at various times for the team responsible in DECC. There are currently eight officials in the relevant team who contribute to work on retail market reform.</p>
