	answer text	<p>As set out in the recent report on the Modernising Defence Programme, we are doing well at realising the plans we set out for the Royal Navy as part of Joint Force 2025. New naval capabilities are coming on stream, most notably the first of our new aircraft carriers, HMS Queen Elizabeth, which is making strong progress towards carrier strike initial operating capability.</p>
