<p>No staff were suspended from my Department on full pay during 2010-11, 2011-12 or 2012-13 and, therefore, no costs were incurred.</p><p>My Department has two executive non-departmental public bodies—the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission and the Parades Commission for Northern Ireland; and one advisory non-departmental public body—the Boundary Commission for Northern Ireland. As such bodies are independent of Government, the hon.
