	answer text	<p>There is no model to assess the service impact of the 2.8% increase in the public health grant for 2022/23.</p><p>Over the two years 2023/24 and 2024/25 we are delivering a real terms increase of over 5% in Departmental investment in local authority public health functions, through the public health grant and through funding to improve the Start for Life offer and to support improvements in the quality and capacity of drug and alcohol treatment.</p>
