As an ongoing process, the enquiry should then investigate possibilities of illegal abuse of power being utilised in order to gain membership to other international organisation. It is also necessary to highlight any illegality of the act and ensure that laws are tightened in order to prevent any further abuse of power. Reentry into the EU must be known and seen to be illegal. |
