In July 2005 DCMS sold the freehold of the North East Corner of the Royal Garden Hotel, London for the sum of £2.5 million to the Imperial Tobacco Pension Fund.In 2004-05 DCMS sold the freeholds of 30, 31 and 32 Park street, Windsor, to their lessees.
