If he will list the statutory provisions that govern whether an individual whose application for entry into the United Kingdom as the spouse of a British citizen has been rejected by an entry clearance office in the Indian sub-continent, and who has appealed to an adjudicator against that decision, may be allowed to be present in person when that appeal is heard; and if he will list the circumstances in which that person can be permitted to attend a hearing of their case, or be in the United Kingdom at the time when it is heard. - Inc ref to Immigration Rules-HC 251 1989/90 (in Library). |
