	answer text	<p>All colleagues have access to a flexi time scheme, with the exception of those in Senior Civil Service roles. Those in certain roles may also work some of their time at home as ‘hybrid workers’. In addition, eligible employees can also apply for flexible working and in compliance with the Employment Rights Act 1996, each application would be considered on its merits taking account of all the relevant circumstances.
