	answer text	<p>In October 2016, the Public Accounts Committee in its <em>Better Regulation </em>Report (18<sup>th</sup> Report 2016-17) made recommendations in relation to the better regulation framework. The Government accepted these recommendations and has conducted a review of the efficiency of the better regulation system. The Government will publish a revised Better Regulation Framework Manual following final agreement of the package of efficiency changes.</p><p> </p>
