<p>The average cost to domestic electricity customers in the last three years is shown in the table. The county of Greater Manchester is within the North West Public Electricity Supply (PES) region. However, the counties of Oxfordshire and Surrey each have postcodes in various PES regions, and as such costs vary across the counties.
