<p>To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, pursuant to the Answer of 23 March 2023 to Question 166199 on Private Rented Housing: Sales, if he will make an estimate of the proportion of properties sold by small landlords that are purchased by (a) private buyers for personal residential use, (b) renters, (c) other UK-based landlords for rental purposes, (d) overseas-based landlords for rental purposes, (e) domestic buyers for development purposes and (f) overseas buyers for development purposes; and if he will make an assessment of the implications for his policies of each of these types of the buyers buying properties.</p> |
