	answer text	<p>We are still considering the Independent Advisory Panel's recommendations for future Residential Training provision as part of the employment strategy for disabled people and those with health conditions. The strategy will be published before the end of the year, and will include residential training provision. We will respond to the Independent Advisory Panel's recommendations following publication of the strategy.</p>
