	answer text	<p>The Rural Community Broadband Fund which is led by DEFRA has completed three rounds of applications and there are no plans to invite any further applications. The Government has announced, however, that it is investing up to £250 million, locally match-funded, to extend superfast broadband provision from current coverage plans so that 95% of UK premises will have access to superfast broadband by 2017 and we are exploring with industry how to expand coverage further, using more innovative fixed, wireless and mobile broadband solutions, to reach at least 99% of premises in the UK.</p>
