Paypal routinely randomly freeze users accounts, sequester funds for extended periods of time and have awful uncooperative customer service and rude management teams. As a company which millions of people in the UK rely upon, the government should force them to reform or cease operating in the UK. |

My own experience with paypal resulted in a 150 day wait to close my account and withdraw funds. Effectively disrupting the cash flow of my business.
