<p>The UK delegation to the 19th United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) Conference of Parties (COP) includes officials from the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) and other Government Departments. The full list of participants in the conference will be published on the UNFCCC website when the COP has concluded, and this will include details of the UK delegation.</p><p>The UK will be represented at ministerial level by the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, my right hon. Friend the Member for Kingston and Surbiton (Mr Davey), and myself. The UK Devolved Administrations will have representation from the Minister for Natural Resources and Food in the Welsh Government, Alun Davies and the Minister for the Environment in the Scottish Government, Paul Wheelhouse.</p><p>As the EU and its member states negotiate as a bloc in the UNFCCC, the UK does not submit documents separately to the conference. All publicly available documents submitted by the EU and its member states can be found on the UNFCCC website.</p>
