	answer text	<p>As set out in his written ministerial statement on 26 March 2013, the Secretary of State for Justice has asked the Department to look at the way we deliver our court and tribunals services to ensure access to justice is quick and effective while providing value for money for the taxpayer. Officials are continuing to work to develop these proposals and we will of course update Parliament once the proposals have been developed.</p>
