	answer text	<p>Parliamentary ICT always considers using open-source software as part of the production process when developing in-house systems. However, due to the methodologies used to develop a complex system such as HR2 it is not possible to divide the software used into open source and commercial software.</p><p>The Director of Parliamentary ICT would be happy to meet my hon.
