	answer text	<p>On 10 July, the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, the right hon. Member for Twickenham (Vince Cable) announced the Government's intention to float shares on the London Stock Exchange via an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in this financial year.</p><p>The next step in taking forward the IPO will be the issue of an Intention to Float (ITF) announcement which we will do in line with normal market practice. No decision has been made on the timing of the ITF.</p>
