<p>To ask the Secretary of State for Justice pursuant to the oral evidence of the Permanent Secretary of the Department for Work and Pensions to the Public Accounts Committee of 19 November 2012, HC 744-i, Q113, (1) how many appeals to work capability decisions were disposed of in (a) one to four, (b) five to eight, (c) nine to 12, (d) 13 to 16, (e) 17 to 20, (f) 21 to 24, (g) 25 to 28, (h) 29 to 32, (i) 33 to 36 and (j) 37 to 40 weeks in (i) the UK and (ii) each region in each month since May 2010;</p><p>[131952]</p> |
