	answer text	<p>DFID has regular discussions with partners in India and Nepal (DFID does not have a bilateral aid programme in Bhutan) on regional development issues. For example, DFID is working closely with the Government of Nepal through its Multi-Stakeholder Forestry Programme to address deforestation and illegal logging. The programme aims to increase the area of forest covered by local forestry groups and improve forestry and natural resource policies in Nepal.</p>
