<p>On 9 September 2013, Professor David J C MacKay FRS, and Dr Timothy J Stone CBE, published a report<Sup>1</Sup> titled“Potential Greenhouse Gas Emissions Associated with Shale GasExtraction and Use”. The report, requested by the Secretary ofState for Energy and Climate Change, my right hon.
