	answer text	The Government consulted on the option of a brokerage to link Energy Company Obligation (ECO) subsidy and Green Deal finance. The Government will publish their response to the consultation in due course and will provide further details on brokerage as part of that response, including when brokerage may be operational and who may have access to it. Local authorities are expected to be key partners for energy companies in delivering the ECO.In the meantime, Government continue to work with a range of stakeholders to design a brokerage.
