[21405]Dr. Liam Fox: While it is not our policy to provide aid on a Government-to-Government basis for projects in East Timor, we do notconsider it necessary, or indeed practicable in most cases, to exclude East Timor from projects of general application withinIndonesia. This does not imply support for or recognition of Indonesian sovereignty over the territory.
