In addition to the existing statutory arrangements in place to enable information sharing among partners on child protection issues the Home Office is funding a local multi-agency safeguarding project to support local areas to develop their partnership and information sharing arrangements to safeguard and manage the risks to children and vulnerable people in their area.</p>
