<p>The Department will invest £3 billion across the Defence Nuclear Enterprise (DNE) to support the construction of industrial infrastructure which includes the delivery of AUKUS. £1.95 billion will be invested in improving resilience and readiness, and £50 million will support wider Government security programmes including the new Economic Deterrence Initiative. The Department is working through the outcome of the Spring Budget, and as such it is too early to provide further detail on future years funding allocation.</p> |
