	answer text	<p>The Department receives regular updates from all three Transmission Owners on their major projects through the DECC/Ofgem chaired Electricity Networks Strategy Group. I have regular discussions with Ofgem and National Grid across a range of energy matters, but this project has not been discussed.</p>
