<p>It is for individual Government Departments to determine what support people who are deaf, hard of hearing or speech impaired require.</p><p>However, the Cabinet Office's work to redesign services and make them digital by default will make it much easier for those who are deaf or hard of hearing to access information and public services. Gov.uk is already an important repository of information, replacing the websites of individual departments. Our work to digitise services continues apace and the first wave of 25 exemplar services will go live by 2015.</p>
