<p>Between 1 April 2008 and 31 March 2013, 62 equality complaints (internal grievances) have been raised by CPS employees. During the same period seven grievances resulted in disciplinary action being taken. However it is not possible to confirm whether this action was in relation to any specific equality complaint, as the CPS does not record any detailed information distinguishing between different elements</p><p><?notus-xml column=610?></p><p>of equality complaints. There was no disciplinary action resulting from the complaints raised in the last five years.</p><p>The Serious Fraud Office have not received any formal complaints relating to the above mentioned forms of discrimination or harassment being lodged against its employees by other employees or other individuals during the past five years.</p>
