	answer text	The New Homes Bonus was introduced in April 2011 to incentivise housing supply. This year we will pay £432 million of New Homes Bonus for local authorities in England.A table which sets out the amount of bonus to be paid to local authorities for 2012-13 has been placed in the Library of the House. For 2011-12 to 2012-13, Richmond-upon-Thames will have received £1,117,238. For the same period, Kingston-upon-Thames will have received £1,396,314.
