If, in light of parliamentary Question tabled for 14 October 1993 but withdrawn against Ministers assurance that western boundary of New Forest Heritage Area was a local issue, it can now be formally confirmed that DOE has accepted that boundary between Ibsley and Fordingbridge is A338, and that there is no intention of utilising Sections 43 or 44 of Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to seek to overturn decision of local planning authority in this respect. |
